What happens in a mindfulness session?

Currently sessions are delivered one to one and will be tailored to the young person's individual needs.  Sessions will include:

  • Mindful activities

  • Acquiring tools to use at home and school

  • Guided relaxation exercises

  • Learning about mindfulness
