1-1 Mindfulness and Meditation Workshops

Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment, and to our thoughts and our feelings.  It is a way of connecting and gives us the tools to deal with established patterns of behaviour and thought. Meditation is an integral part of Mindfulness where the focus is on the moment and sensations around it.  Mindfulness can help people in different ways and some of the benefits include reduced stress, increased gratitude and managing life’s pressures.

The duration of the workshops are approximately 1.5 - 2 hours.
